The photos must not in any way affect any right of any third party nor violate any law. The participant further represents and warrants to be the owner of the photo. In each case the author indemnifies Italiaonline (brand owner SiViaggia) from all liability, costs and charges of whatever nature which may be incurred due to the content of the photo. The jury’s vote is final and binding. The participant grants to Italiaonline a full license to use, non-exclusive, irrevocable and permanent. The participation includes the acceptance to publish the photo on http://www.siviaggia.it, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram of SiViaggia and to use the photo in marketing campaigns. The license also includes the ability to sub-license to third parties. The author’s name will be shown in every case. The photo dosen,t have to reproduce the faces of people. Italiaonline reserves the right not to publish certain photos for any reason.
